Track your parcel

Preparation of your order

Once the payment of your order has been verified by our bank BNP Paribas or by PayPal, your items will be prepared in order to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
The preparation time is generally between 24h and 48h (working days).

*All delivery times are approximate.

For a delivery in United Kingdom, delivery time takes 2 to 4 working days.

CAUTION : We do not deliver to the Islands.

Tracking number of your parcel

Once your parcel is leaving our warehouse, its tracking number is sent to you per email.

By logging in on your account, you are able to track your parcel by clicking on its tracking number displayed on the details of your order (once this one is in status "shipped").

Track your delivery over the internet

In the event that you have not yet taken receipt of your package, we will now explain the various steps to follow to track its delivery status over the internet.

1/ Log onto the site of the carrier, DPD : http://www.dpd.com/be_en/

then enter your 14-digit shipping reference number in the appropriate field at the top of the page (highlighted in green in the image below).

2/ What must I do if I have not yet received the package ?


According to the message sent by DPD, the following actions are possible :

  • Delivery in transit:this signifies that your package is scheduled to be delivered to its destination during that day's round of deliveries and that the deliveryman could call on your home at any time. Please ensure that someone is present to sign for the package.
  • Delivery presented for receipt but receiver absent:a non-delivery notice will be put down in your home. It will indicate you a new delivery for the next day (working day). If you are absent again the next day, you will have a deadline of 7 days to call our carrier to schedule the third delivery. If at the end of 7 days, our carrier received no information of your part, the order will return to the sender.
  • Wrong address:the carrier does not have enough information to complete the delivery : this can be due to missing address information or electronic key codes. Should this be the case, our carrier can be reached by telephone from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM and on Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM.
