Confirm your order
- Access your cart by clicking on "Your cart" on the top right of the web page
- you will find the products you ordered:
- Reference and name of the item
- Price, inclusive all taxes
- Quantity of each item
- From your cart you can change the product quantities that you have ordered, return to the catalogue to add other items etc...
Likewise, select your delivery method.
- Once your basket has been validated, you will proceed to the identification form which allows you to enter your details for shipping and invoicing of your order.
At the end of this section, you will be asked to pay for your purchase.
Track your order
• How to retrieve the details of your order?
To access your orders at any time you just have to click on the "My account" link at the top the page. After logging in, you will be able to check the status of your order (in process, delivered, invoiced...); simply click on "View" to view details of your order.
• How to modify or cancel an order?
To modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service within a short delay.

• What do I do if I have still not received my order?
To track the different stages of your order:
-log in if you have not already done so on the website
-go into your account by clicking on the link "My account" on the top of the page
-in the "order information" section, click on "View" to display details of your order: you will be able to check if your order has already been processed and delivered.
-click on the delivery tracking number to access to the forwarder's website and track your parcel
An order takes usually 4 or 5 working days to be delivered.
