  • Do I need to create a customer account on Lexibook Discount if I already have a Lexibook.com account?


    If you already have a customer account on Lexibook.com, it's not necessary to recreate a customer account on Lexibook Discount. All you need to do is enter your details and place an order.

    By creating an account on Lexibook.com, your username and password will be the same for the both the Club and for Lexibook Discount.

  • I've forgotten my username and/or password. What do I do?

    Lexibook Discount offers you a diverse range of products from five main categories sold at lower prices than their original sale prices. To ensure excellent service, Lexibook Discount also offers:

  • Are delivery fees calculated in the same way as on Lexibook.com?


    Yes, the delivery costs are calculated according to weight and the items in your package, and are added to the total value of the items ordered when you check out. The rates table below shows the delivery rates for each weight category, expressed in Euros, including taxes.

    Lexibook Discount offers you a diverse range of products used based on 5 different worlds: toy, multimedia, watches, communication and office. The products may result from returns of after-sales service, end of line and unsold. These products can now live a "second life" being sold at lower prices than their traditional sales price. The majority of our products are tested and repackaged in our local workshop by experienced technicians. As it comes with used products, they may not have their original packaging.

    If you can not find the product you are looking for on Lexibook Discount, it means that it should not be available right now. Nevertheless, it may become available on our website as "New" on Lexibook.com.     The prices are lower because they're second-hand products. The products are reconditioned and have been given a second life at a lower price than the original sale price.

    You can get a reduction of up to 65% on our second-hand products, not including your loyalty discount!

  • Do I have to pay ecotax and sorecop tax on second-hand products?


    Whether the product is new or second-hand, ecotax and sorecop tax are obligatory.

  • How long will it take for my package to arrive?


    Your package will be delivered in 3 to 4 working days. To track delivery of your package online, click here.

  • What happens if I'm not there when my package arrives?


    If you're not there to take delivery of your package, an attempted-delivery notice will be left in your letter box. It will let you know:
    - A new delivery date
    - The address where your package will be stored in the meantime.

    Caution! If you do not collect your package within the time set, it will be returned to us and it will not be possible to re-deliver it.

  • The product I've just received is not the one I ordered. What do I do?


    If you've made an order on the site and the product that you've received doesn't correspond to your order, you can contact our customer service department within 7 working days of the delivery date. We commit to exchanging products that don't correspond to your order. Important information: any return must first go through our customer service department. A returns number will be given to you and must accompany the returned item(s):
    - The product must be returned complete in its original packaging (accessories, instructions etc.) in perfect condition, accompanied by the receipt, returns number and to the address which will have been communicated to you by customer service.
    - The returns delivery cost will be covered by Lexibook upon presentation of proof attached to your package when returning the item, with the returns number included on it).

  • The product that I've just received doesn't work?


    If the product that you've received doesn't work, you can contact our customer service department within 7 working days of the delivery date. We commit to exchanging any product that doesn't work.

  • How long will it take to receive the replacement product?


    An exchange will take from 1 to 2 weeks.

  • After receiving a product, do I have 7 days to change my mind?


    You can exercise your right to change your mind and return the second-hand product for a refund. In this case, the return delivery costs must be paid by you.   • What guarantee comes with products purchased on Lexibook Discount?


    As they are second-hand products, they come with a Lexibook guarantee of three months, for which the conditions for using the guarantee are the same as those for new product.
