Since 15 December 2006, when you purchase a new electrical or electronic device, you take part in recycling the old one. From now on, do not throw your old electrical and electronic equipment into the bin: it should be recycled and reused in the manufacture of new materials.
This is a tax introduced to offset losses caused by private copying of phonographic material and performances recorded and broadcast on radio and television. This is thus an additional cost, which varies according to the type of media, added to the price of the product.

All our contacts and exchanges will be based on this information: this is why it is essential to ensure that this is kept up-to-date. Via your account, you can access all your data, your purchase history and a list of the discount vouchers that Lexibook has sent you.
It's very straightforward: Click on the link "Create an account" which can be accessed from the homepage of the site. Complete the form by entering all your details. You'll also see that we ask you to enter a user name. This name will be used to identify you each time you log on to www.lexibook.com. Keep both it and your password safe! Tip: if you have bought a Lexibook product, you will have been sent a Club Lexibook card along with it. Use this card to make a note of your access details!

If you placed the order via the Lexibook.com website and the product you received does not match your order, you must contact our Customer Services Department within 7 days of the date of delivery. We undertake to refund you, or exchange a product that does not correspond to your order. Important information: for any return a request must first be made to our Customer Services Department. You will be assigned a return number and this MUST accompany the merchandise when it is returned. - The product must be returned in its complete original packaging (including accessories, manuals, etc.), in perfect condition, accompanied by the invoice and return number, to the address specified by our Customer Service Department. - Return costs will be borne by Lexibook upon presentation of written proof (to be attached to your package upon return, specifying the return number).
First of all, before you do anything else, reset the device. Turn the device over and locate the small Reset hole (the word RESET is embossed next to it). If you cannot find this on the back of the device, remove the battery compartment cover to access the Reset hole. Insert a thin pointed object and press gently. If the product starts working again, a message will appear, saying "Reset Y/N?" or "Reset O/N?". In all cases press N (no) to retain the data stored in your product. If, after the reset, the device does not work, change the batteries, referring to the relevant chapter in the instructions for use. If your product still does not work, contact your dealer for full implementation of the warranty or contact Lexibook Customer Services.
Most Lexibook products have a clear plastic tab that protects the batteries. This tab must be removed carefully before the product is used for the first time. If the product still does not work it may be that the tab has broken. To remove this, lift the battery compartment cover and then lift the protected battery, noting its polarity. Once the tab has been removed, replace the battery in position and close the cover again.

Lexibook products are subject to a 24 month warranty (subject to legislative changes), from the date of purchase by the end user, with the exception of telephony items , laptop item (MFC range) and accessories (MFA range) which is guaranteed for 12 months only. Only Lexibook brand accessories are covered by this warranty. The rechargeable batteries in Lexibook products are only guaranteed for 6 months.

IMPORTANT NOTE: before returning an item to us, you MUST request a return number from our Customer Services Department by filling out the contact form provided under "Contact", then choose After Sales Service (click here for direct access). You will then receive by e-mail a return number and the address to which the parcel should be returned: The return number should appear clearly on the package beside the return address, and within the package itself to avoid any delay in processing it. Do not forget to attach the original invoice so that we can refund or exchange your product.
ANY PACKAGE NOT ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN NUMBER WILL BE SYSTEMATICALLY REJECTED. After receiving your package, you have 7 days to change your mind and request an exchange or refund for the item, except for audio or video files (that have been purchased and downloaded). The product must be returned in brand new condition, complete with accessories and instructions in its unopened packaging in good condition and must be accompanied by the invoice. The costs of shipping and return must be borne by you.
