There are 4 levels of Lexibook Club Customer Loyalty:

This discount percentage is applied to your order once your shopping basket has been validated and prior to proceeding to check-out and payment.
Should you return a product bought on our site for a refund, and under the condition that the product being returned is accepted by our services, the refund amount will be deducted from your total cumulative value of purchases; your Lexibook Club Customer Loyalty Status will then be modified accordingly.

As a Lexibook Club member, you will have the opportunity to receive/get discount vouchers either by e-mailing campaigns, or directly on our Club website, as well as for your children's birthdays, for example.
These discount vouchers will usually be sent to you by e-mail and have a limited validity from their date of issue.
Their id number (promotional code) will have to be entered when your order is validated and prior to proceeding to check-out.
